Summary of their experience
My wife and I chose Joyce as our realtor after interviewing two others from the area. This was far from our first real-estate transaction but this deal was compicated by the additional processes and steps associated with a company relocation. Joyce was extremely well informed about the local area, specifics of the current real estate markets and very knowledgable about the process (including the additional steps entailed by the company relocation). Her market analysis was extremely detailed and comprehensive (she clearly had an encyclopedic knowledge of recent deals) and particularly as compared with those presented by the other realtors we talked to. This resulted in a listing price around 10% higher than that recommended by the other realtors but, as history showed, still very realistic.

Joyce did an excellent job giving us suggestions so the property would "show" well and of preparing listing materials (photographs etc) and of publicizing the property. Despite the fact I was traveling out-of-state during much of the process, she was very communicative and flexible in keeping us informed of the status of the listing, arranging showings and giving us feedback from prospective buyers. I'm happy to say we sold the property after 18days for 5% more than we hoped, and in much less time than I had feared.

Throughout the process I felt Joyce offered excellent professional service and realistic considered advice. Based upon our outcome and the overall experience I would have no hesitation in using her services again to buy or sell, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

(Note: I've only given her 4 stars (from 5) for negotiation skills because there wasn't that much negotiating to do in this case).
